Cynthia Ogochukwu Azinwa is a Program Officer at Disability Advancement Initiative (DAI), bringing over a decade of administrative and program management experience to her role. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Public Administration.
Her professional journey spans multiple sectors. In completing her National Youth Service Corps in 2017 with the Enugu State Ministry of Information, where she gained early exposure to public sector operations and community engagement. She contributed as an Enumerator with the Association of Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH), working directly with community members to implement measurable change. She was a Program Officer with the Nigeria Association of the Blind, FCT Chapter, before joining DAI in 2021.
Across these roles, Cynthia has demonstrated a consistent ability to deliver results, from coordinating to developing program strategies that translate organizational goals into community impact.
At DAI, she applies these experiences to advancing inclusion, accessibility, and the socioeconomic empowerment of persons with disabilities in Nigeria.
